Comprehensive Rehabilitation of the University President's Office and Secretariat

The Construction and Projects Department has donned comprehensive rehabilitation of the University President's office, the secretariat, and the guest hall. These efforts included a series of comprehensive steps to enhance the infrastructure and overall appearance. These works encompassed a range of artistic and engineering tasks to improve the working environment and upgrade the facilities. This comprehensive update demonstrates dedication to providing the best services to the university and enhancing its attractiveness.

 

The following are details of the executed works:

• Ground stripping, removing the wall sheathing, and raising the baseboard.
• Demolition and removal of the secondary ceiling and metal structure.
• Wall peeling and treatment with bork paste, followed by atlas, polishing, and sanding to achieve straightness and smoothness.
• Application of the floor and the baseboard with marble and salt-resistant cement, sand, and (SBR) material with cement white plaster.
• Remove old aluminum windows and install new aluminum windows.
• Installation of moisture-resistant gypsum board decorations on ceilings and walls.
• Installation of fabric curtains.
• Application of ceramic wall panels in the University President's office bathroom.
• Break the wall and create cladded niches covered by marble.
• Preparation, installation, and fixation of bathroom sink and shower faucets.
• Making gypsum board decorations listed and unlisted according to architectural plans and designs.
• Creation of the university logo, the work includes making a metal frame with the exact dimensions as the logo to install the logo on the wall.
• Maintenance of the old wooden door.
• Daily site cleaning during the work period to ensure no work debris for the next day.

 

These tremendous efforts in the Construction and Projects Department reflect dedication and attention to achieving the highest quality standards in work execution, improving the working environment, and providing an enhanced educational and administrative space for the university.
