The Construction and Projects Department at the university has officially adopted the electronic form prepared for building rehabilitation and maintenance works according to morning and evening study funds. It is mandatory for all concerned parties to electronically fill out this form and submit a hard copy to the University President's office no later than March 1, 2024. This enables the Construction and Projects Department to proceed with inspections, obtain necessary approvals, and issue university and administrative orders related to committees. Implementation is scheduled to commence during the summer break, and failure to apply will result in exclusion from the current year's business plan.

Instructions related to the form:

1- The application process for the form will be open from January 1, 2024, to March 1, 2024.

2- Arrange the sections in the form in order of importance to the department, from most to least important. Less important sections can be deferred to the next year, based on the funds available to the department.

3- The form should be filled out electronically and submitted in hard copy to the university presidency, with the signature of the department head.

4- Any request lacking the following information will be ignored:

   - Requesting entity

   - Available amount for inspection implementation

   - Details of the required work

   - Name and contact number of the person requesting the inspection

   - Seal and signature of the department head

5- Work will commence during the summer break.

6- Inspection execution must be completed before (01/10/2024) to allow executive committees to settle their advances.
